U.S.-Only Delivery

Service is available only to valid addresses in the United States. Every U.S. order receives Free standard shipping, regardless of its purchase total.

From Order Review to Carrier Transit

Our team prepares an accepted order in 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Standard carrier movement is then estimated at 4–6 business days; severe weather, peak demand, and address exceptions can affect a carrier’s estimate.

Shipment Visibility

We send a tracking number after dispatch for every order. The carrier may need a short period before the first tracking event appears.

Address, Cancellation, and Tax

Please submit a complete U.S. address and promptly report delivery damage, an incorrect parcel, or missing contents. An order can be cancelled before shipment; afterward, the Refund Policy controls returns. Taxes are collected as required by applicable law.
